BAC Acquisition: Hit the Countrywide Spread

400 shares of CFC @ $5.00 per share = $2,000
BAC conversion rate of CFC stocks is 1 : 0.1822
400 shares of CFC = 72 shares of BAC
72 shares of BAC @ $37.00 per share = $2,666

$666 on 2k = 30% discount

The acquisition should take place per 3rd Quarter.
